Our Garlic & Pepper Brats are made from pigs raised right here on our pastures at Earnest Roots Farm — out in the sunshine, with room to roam, root, and live like pigs should. We move them regularly to fresh grass, where they help build soil health while enjoying a natural diet and locally milled, GMO-free feed. It’s slow, intentional farming that produces pork with real depth of flavor and tenderness you can’t find in store-bought meat.

These brats are seasoned simply with real garlic and paprika, letting the quality of the pork speak for itself. They grill up beautifully — juicy inside with a savory, peppery bite that pairs perfectly with just about anything.
