Our Polish Kielbasa is a classic, old-world sausage made the right way—simple, smoky, and full of flavor. Crafted from premium cuts of our pasture-raised pork (shoulder and trimmings), this fully cooked sausage is seasoned with garlic and spices for that unmistakable kielbasa taste.

Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture, where they root, roam, and soak up the sun. We feed a GMO-free, soy-free grain and never use antibiotics or hormones. This is sausage you can feel good about—from a farm that values every step of the process.
