As a veteran and firefighter, I know how to handle the heat—and that goes for my hot sauce, too. I founded Angry Rabbit Hot Sauce to bring you bold, authentic flavors without additives, just real ingredients that deliver serious heat. This is the kind of intense, no-nonsense flavor you can count on from someone who knows a thing or two about standing the heat, on and off the job.

Our goal is create premium wood products from trees that would other wise be waisted. We work along side tree surgeons and excavating crews to give life to trees that have been removed from residential and commercial properties. Many of these trees were destined for the landfill or fire. We are able to create lumber from the premium logs and smoking chunks from the less desirable logs. Our goal is to be wise stewards of our resources and create opportunity for families to join the effort.

Our products started as a way to feed our beautiful oldest daughter.  When she was only 13 months old she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  She was extremely tiny and sick.  We knew we needed to take drastic measures.  Chris immediately started trying to make many of the foods we bought at the stores himself so we could cut all the added sugars and ingredients out.  His biggest focus was homemade peanut butter as this was always one of his favorite foods!  After several years and multiple attempts he finally created a product that he was proud of.  We never intended to sell it or mass produce but our friends slowly started asking us to make them orders because everyone loved it so much.  Over the next 2-3 years we found ourselves making orders and going to farmers markets.  The more we sold the more products we came up with and the more things grew for us.  Eventually we became fully health department certified, built a commercial kitchen and now we are able to bring our products to customers and stores all over!  We are still a 2 person “mom and pop operation”.  Every single jar is hand poured in our personally owned commercial kitchen.  We use only fresh and natural ingredients including local Alabama honey.  Even better, all of our products are gluten free without the possibility of cross contamination.  What started as just a way to offer safe foods for our daughter accidently turned into this beautiful business and a way to share our products with the world!  We thank you for your support as each jar sold does truly support a small business and our family!
