Kiley and Josh - we have just used some of our lamb purchased from Earnest Roots last fall/winter and wow! We had lamb chops last week and our family Easter with leg of lamb today. The chops were excellent but the leg of lamb was simply incredible.....Thank you and ever thanks for making our Easter meal a memorable one.
So far we've tried the boneless chicken breasts, pork chops, and eggs, and everything has been excellent! The chicken breasts are huge and the quality of the pork chops was great. I love the fact that I'm not feeding my family a bunch of antibiotics and who knows what else. The delivery service is a huge bonus! It's great to pick out meats for the week (or two) and have them show up at my house!

Pasture-Raised
Shop NowOur animals are raised outdoors on rotationally managed paddocks or portable structures. This means the animals spend a specified amount of time on a certain area of grass and are moved when that grass is grazed down. This allows for a period of rest and re-growth which improves the soil health. Also, this breaks the parasitic cycle which improves the animals health.
