Refund Policy: No refunds on our meats or food items. 

Shipping Policy: We ship our boxes every two weeks via UPS 2 Day service. In most cases, you will receive your order by next day. We currently only ship within the state of Alabama for our meats. 

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to the delivery/pickup day via logging into your account on our website and accessing the order.
