"Banana peppers are the unsung hero of the pepper family, sweet with a hint of heat they go well in salads, sandwiches, make great snacking peppers and so much more! Since we grow a lot of them we were looking for a more traditional take on pepper jelly and found our banana peppers to be the perfect pepper for it. This pepper jelly goes great on sandwiches, as a glaze for root vegetables or even as a vinaigrette for salads."
