Our Boston Butt, also known as the pork shoulder, is a beautifully marbled, bone-in cut from the upper portion of the pig’s front shoulder. Known for its rich flavor and tenderness when cooked low and slow, it’s the go-to cut for pulled pork, roasts, smoked barbecue, and hearty stews.
