Our Cottage Bacon offers a unique spin on traditional bacon—crafted from the pork shoulder (Boston Butt) rather than the belly, resulting in leaner slices with deep, rich flavor and a meatier bite.
This version is uncured, meaning it contains no synthetic nitrates or nitrites, and is hickory smoked low and slow to lock in that classic smoky goodness. It's then seasoned with a bold, slightly sweet bourbon pepper rub that brings a warm depth of flavor with just the right kick.
