BBQ Chicken Legs

No fancy ingredients. No complicated steps. Just really good BBQ chicken legs.

Ingredients
- (2-3 pounds) ERF Chicken Legs
- (3/4 C) Balsamic Vinegar
- (1/2 C) Water
- (6 oz can) Tomato Paste
- (1/2 C) Sharbee's Honey by ERF
- (2.5 TBSP) Dijon Mustard
- (3.5 TBSP) Coconut Aminos
- (4) Garlic Cloves
- (1/2 tsp) Onion Powder
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1/4 tsp) Pepper
- (1-2 Cups) BBQ Sauce
Directions
- In a Med Sauce pan, add Vinegar, Water, Paste, Honey, Mustard, Coconut Aminos, Garlic, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper. Stir well to combine and let simmer 5-7 min.
- Transfer to a blender and blend until creamy. Let cool
- Pat chicken dry - sprinkle with salt.
- Add your chicken to a dish or Ziploc bag and then add your sauce on top from blender. Marinate for a few hours to overnight. I like to pull the bag out and shake it around occasionally.
- PREHEAT OVEN to 350. Place cooling rack inside of baking sheet to elevate chicken. Bake 45 Min or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and add BBQ SAUCE
- Put your oven on Broil - HIgh and Broil legs 6-8 Min
