Don't let the Dijon mustard in this recipe scare you away - it, combined with the lemon juice and other ingredients make this chicken leg recipe delicious!

Ingredients
- (4 pounds - 2 Packs) ERF Chicken Legs
- (1/4C) Olive OIl
- (4-5 cloves) Garlic
- (4 Tbsp) Italian seasoning mix
- (3 TBSP) Lemon Juice
- (2 Tbsp) Dijon Mustard
- (1 TBSP) Salt
- (1 tsp) Pepper
Directions
Prepare this marinade ahead of time to allow the legs time to marinate.
- Set the ERF Chicken Legs to the side. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. TIP: Combine ingredients in a big Ziploc bag for easy mixing with legs.
- Add Legs to the bowl or bag and mix well. Put in Refrigerator and marinate for the day or overnight. Mix occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 400. Lay legs on baking sheet
- Bake at 25-30 min then take them out and rotate them. Bake another 20 min or until temp reaches 165.
