Lemon Dijon Baked Chicken Legs
Give me legs all day long! After you try this chicken leg recipe, you'll be saying the same thing! Don't let the Dijon mustard in this recipe scare you away - it, combined with the lemon juice and other ingredients make this chicken leg recipe delicious!

Ingredients

  • (4 pounds - 2 Packs) ERF Chicken Legs
  • (1/4C) Olive OIl
  • (4-5 cloves) Garlic
  • (4 Tbsp) Italian seasoning mix
  • (3 TBSP) Lemon Juice
  • (2 Tbsp) Dijon Mustard
  • (1 TBSP) Salt
  • (1 tsp) Pepper

Directions

  1. LEG2.jpgPrepare this marinade ahead of time to allow the legs time to marinate. 
  2. Set the ERF Chicken Legs to the side. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. TIP: Combine ingredients in a big Ziploc bag for easy mixing with legs. 
  3. Add Legs to the bowl or bag and mix well. Put in Refrigerator and marinate for the day or overnight. Mix occasionally. 
  4. Preheat oven to 400. Lay legs on baking sheet
  5. Bake at 25-30 min then take them out and rotate them. Bake another 20 min or until temp reaches 165. 
  6. ENJOY!
