Sausage Balls

THIS WEEKEND WE ENJOYED THESE AMAZING SAUSAGE BALLS. WITH AN ADDED INGREDIENT I'VE NEVER CONSIDERED BEFORE, THEY WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD! Perfect for all the get togethers coming up and so easy!
Ingredients
- (2 pounds) ERF Hot or Mild Sausage
- (2 CUPS) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- (3 TSP) BAKING POWDER
- (2 TBSP) BUTTER, LARD, OR SHORTENING
- (8 OZ) CREAM CHEESE
- (2 CUPS) SHREDDED CHEESE
Directions
- Combine the dry ingredients together and cut in the butter, shortening or lard.
- Add your sausage and cream cheese and mix well. Hands work perfect for this!
- Add shredded cheese and mix well.
- roll into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 25-30 min, until golden brown
