Pasture-Raised

Our animals are raised outdoors on rotationally managed paddocks or portable structures. This means the animals spend a specified amount of time on a certain area of grass and are moved when that grass is grazed down. This allows for a period of rest and re-growth which improves the soil health. Also, this breaks the parasitic cycle which improves the animals health.
